If you have a strain or sprain, do you know what you are supposed to do? Remember RICE - Raise, Ice, Compression, Elevate. I've used the RICE method before and it works well. One of the most difficult things is getting ice to stay where you want it while getting good compression. That's why I jumped at the opportunity to share the Dr. Cool Wrap with you. 

This is the coolest thing in cool technology. What is the one thing that all sprains and strains need? Cool or ice to make them feel better, right?
