Last night, Rebekah wanted to pray for our dinner. We were eating up leftover Lasagna so we had the Parmesan cheese on the table, too.
She wanted to do, "My own kind of Come Lord Jesus."
It went something like this:
Come, Lord Jesus, be our guest,
and bless our food and
thank you for the plants and trees.
In Jesus name, Amen.
Immediately, Andrew asks, "Did she just say thanks for the Parmesan cheese?" Nope, thanks for the plants and trees.
We all had a good belly-laugh.

Rebekah's prayer is so sweet. Children are so connected to the Spiritual aspect of things without even trying.
You can check out my blog, if you like. It is at www.gemsfellowship.com and is just getting started.. See ya there!
